so all those jogging during my off days and before my night shifts finally paid off... took my IPPT earlier in the morning... and managed to clear the fearful station - The 2.4km run.... phew...
but i think i overlooked the one thing... the chin ups... all i need was another pull and i can proudly say i cleared my IPPT... think i need GYM SESSIONS to replace the jogs that i have been doing...
wat the heck.. just get it over and done with... just another pull.. dat cant been hard enuf rite? 0 comments
