e' sporean blogs: Something Different

went back straight from night shift to bath and get changed and in less than 1 hour time i was out again... this time.. something different... something which i dont usually would do on an off day... im heading down to the Singapore Zoological Gardens... to visit my long lost cousins... THE BABOONS... accompanying me are the usuals; Rina, Nazri and Aida... and also 2 special guest... akif and aishah (both are nazri's nephew and nieces)

Nothing much has changed ever since the last time i was there which was like a year back i think... except.... the giraffes are back in the zoo.. thought it would be a spectacular sight.. but neh.. they arent as tall as i expect them to be... and like you would expect on a journey at the zoo... endless walks with loads of animals to see...

but aniwae... it was fun... i get to touch polar bear's fur ok!! have u touched one yet?? hmphhh.. i dont think so... my confession on the fur.. they are not smooth at all!... they seemed smooth thou... just by looking.. i would expect a polar bear to be a great animal to hug... hmphhh.. after today, i changed my mind...

after the tiring and hot day at the zoo.. we proceeded to east coast park where we had our lunch... lunch was great.. i was full... hehehe.. subsequently... akif and nazri went to play kite along the beach.. dat was oni awhile.. i think akif got bored with the kite and finds the sea water to be a better place to play...

and while all these were happening.. 2 persons were sitting by the beach on the sand watching the multiple activities going ard them while having their conversations... An extraordinary beach scene... there was tug-of-war going on in the vicinity! It was fun watching them for awhile.. and i repeat... FOR A WHILE...
