picture this... coming home after a tiring night shift... busy night with very little rest.... and u just entered ur room and ur handphone had an incoming call...

a call from a very unfamiliar number... u answered the call... and the party on the other line informs you that the van that u rented and drove was summoned for speeding....

like chitot rite??

it is!!! so it appeared that on 19 Nov, the day the peeps went hari raya visiting, I was summoned for speeding... a true case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time...

S$130 fine with 4 demerit points....

!@#$%^&*(

it really spoilt my mood in the morning... already so tired and my ultimate goal was to get a bloody good rest and the news of the summons has to come in during that period of time...

but what the heck.. shit happens... accept and move on...

there's no point waiting for something that u r not at all sure about... rite?? its like hoping for snow to fall in Singapore.. will u ever think that it happens??.. it might... who knows with god's will.. but yet again.. look at the other possibilities??...

make sure u really have a good look at that photo.. coz dats one of the pic dats hard to come by....

yesterday, my family did something we had not done in donkey years... dat is to eat together as a family.. i cant remember when is the last time we actually did dat... must be when i was very young.. do not mention just about eating out as a family.. eating at home together was also hard to come by...

seriously, my family is unlike those who would spend weekends together... we are not those who would spend the night at home watching our favourite shows together... i guess our tight schedule of juggling work and personal life played a part to what we all had been deprived off...

sometimes i envy those families who would go out together... walk ard... shop... eat together... on unoccassional days... bla.. bla... bla....

the onli times where we would go out together is when someone gets married.. kenduri at a relative place... and the most recent.. hari raya... other than that... each and everyone is busy wit their own stuffs...

but yesterday.. everyone made the effort... i cancelled my plans... and adjourned it to a later time... my younger bro and dad.. rushed down after work.. my elder bro decided to go to work much later... all of these... just to make the outing work...

and it did... we had a nice time.. the foods great.. thumbs up! u guys should try....

oh yeah.. i didnt mention.. its at Riverside Indonesian Restaurant located near to Clarke Quay...

last night was one of those very rare friday night shifts that i go through....

it was nice to see night clubbers walk out of the club and made their way to the taxis awaiting them... they left the area without much problems...

not many of them did what they would do on every other nights... like staying on to chit chat along the walkways... none actually created any fights or dispute... all were... i would proudly say... well manered...

if Singaporeans are going to keep it this way... Singapore would be a more peaceful country...

this would mean there wound be less people being arrested for disorderly...

keep it up... I loikeeee...!

when the peeps were out for raya visiting last sat... during the 10th house... we heard screeching of tyres... and a slight "bump" sound... and without much of a thought.. u would have guessed that an accident just happened...

so all peered out the window to see what actually happened... and there... we saw a van at the side of the junction and a bike in the middle of the junction... and somewhere close was a body of a person wearing a white top.. lying there motionless....

and from our view.. we could see a line of blood flowing down from his head...

my heart sank.. i dont know why... it felt so heavy... and the sight of the rider lying there motionless... ish... at that point of time... it seems like there was no hope for the rider... i was still keeping my fingers crossed for the rider...

shortly after... i saw a lady in black being carried away from the scene... it was the pillion... from my view.. she looked fine... thank god...

the ambulance came... and took the rider away... that was a good sign... it clearly means that he is still alive...

when we moved off to the next house... we have to pass by the said location... and there i caught a glimpse of the bike.. a 'wave'... i strongly believe its a malay couple on the bike.. 6th sense i guess....

and so earlier... met up with epul and shah... he informed that it was a malay guy involved in the accident and he died in hospital...

i went home and made a search on the internet... and found the information that i needed...

the rain didnt stopped us from doing our casual jog at East Coast Park...

by the time i reached ECP.. i was already shivering and my jogging shorts and running shoes are already wet! [I wore onli the raincoat top]... how stupid...

we still proceeded for the run since it was only drizzling and its safe to do so...

after the run proceeded down to the gym to carry some weights.... gonna need lots of dat to get back the 'ketak ketuk' body dat i once had... tak lah 'ketak ketuk' sangat.. ada shape dah cukup.... skarg pun ada shape... shape bulat!

feel like jogging again tomorrow... anione wanna join??

overall... it felt refreshing... never felt this good.. rasa cam ringan lak! siaper nak angkat aku??? wahahaha...

but on top of dat... i think im gonna catch a fever or something... hak-chooooooo!

pakai sweater pun rasa sejuk... tak 'load'... tipis sangat kerr???

i predict the rain is not going to stop at all... been raining since in the morning... a good weather to have a nap now... gd nite guys...

and just like every year.... without fail.. the peeps would set a date to go out for hari raya visiting...

and this year.. the date was set to a later date since everyone is bz with work, life and all those sorts... 19 Nov.. dats our date...

and if u had followed through my entries.. we had rented a van for our transportation means for this year... this is the first year actually that we all are travelling in our own transportation without having to be dependant on the public transport... furthermore, kalau semua nak naik moto... nampak nyer... tak habis ah jalan... with the weather that seems to rain as and when 'he' likes..

we started as early as 12afternoon.. and ended as late as 3 in the morning... we reached our last house at 1 in the morning.. and i guess everyone is too comfy and needed the rest after a whole day of travelling... i think i badly need that after driving for the whole day...

my hamstring pull from the strenous running that i did recently.... my biceps and triceps hurts too... due to the gymming that i have been doing.... and all this to just shed the few kilos ive gained thru the months...

my whole back aches... due to working... what do u expect... everyday on patrol.. and before and after shift i have to carry a 10kg equipment box from the 2nd floor to 1st floor and vice versa... and all these is excluding the numerous equipment i have on my belt... and i would be doing the same thing for tomorrow night...

and my wrist is kinda twisted after having a friendly fight just now with ismail after work... makes me kinda miss the old team... where everyday is just FUN....

and after all this... i just need a good massage... anyone??

woke up late... supposed to buy some bdae prezzies for Aishah... kedai mana seh bukak at 9pm???

si bien lagik baik... kept calling him and could not get thru... kalau on the road... cannot be... why never called back.. and so i managed to get hold of his house number.. somehow... resources beb! and like wat i quite expected.. still snoring away...

10.30pm: he answered the house phone after i told his bro to wake him up... and not quite expected.. the lost side of bien! he was quite lost when he tok to me... biasa lah.. baru angun jack!

and so we made some last minute plans... i went over to meet bai.. made some quick planning and we are off...

why isnt there any 24hr cake shops around!!!????

so we got our cake at 7 eleven... Sara Lee Strawberry Cheesecake....

told the peeps to meet at Al-Azhar by 12.45am...

so a friend of mine whose riding a super4 came out with the most stupid idea while we were travelling.... he wanted a race to our destination which was about a few traffic lights away...

at that point of time i told myself.. this is a bloody case of a bully by a class 2a rider on a 2b rider... without much of race u could easily know who would win... but i just nodded to acknowledge his offer on a race... to me... whatever lah... like so obvious who is going to lose...

and so the race kicks in... vrooooommmmm.... he was ahead of me by lotsa lamp post... aiya... wat do u expect from my bike!

he didnt leave me too far away thou... he had to stop when the traffic light turns red and thats where we will meet each other...

it was the journey to the last traffic light that things took a change for me... he was held up in traffic whereas the lane that i took seemed very very favourable... i would call it.... wide open!

and who reached the destination first? surprisingly me... WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH...

now who had the last laugh???

or should i say.. slow and steady wins the race???

and by the way... so... i have a salty mouth eh?? it did rain when i wanted to go to work... so i did have to put on my raincoat lah... aiya! next time.. i shall just shut my mouth!

toooooo sleepy to write much... had a long day earlier and reaching hm at this hour doesnt help much.... and to make it worst... im on a freaking morning shift later...

damn!

hate the thoughts of having to wake up as early as 6.15am... hate the feeling when im at the carpark... its still a bit dark.. and when im at lornie road... it would be bright! but you know what sucks even more... if it rains!

please god.. do not rain before i reach work... coz i hate having to wear a raincoat...

if only i was on leave... geezzz! org bodoh jer kerja on a saturday!

well anyway, fate took a turn for the better for me.. learnt my freaking lesson! do not play with fire zul! how many times must i be reminded of dat...

well for now... im a sleepy smiling man...

a day with many blessings..... the birth of 3 newborns.... i just find it ironic...

i just reached my carpark.. when i received this sms....

"Please welcome our new prince... Rashid n Lisa...."

gosh! my closest couzie had given birth to a son... i went down to KKH much later...

and while i was at KKH.. i received another sms...

"Meet my new gegerl... Nadra Raissha..." [did i spell the name rite?]

this time it was from my closest buddy... Naz... gosh! Double blessings... 2 new persons in my life....

i went down to SGH soon after...

the moment the lift opens at SGH... i came face to face with the person that i have not met for like 2 years plus... and the first conversation we both said at the same time was...

"Apa kau buat kat sini???"

so tinie's sis also gave birth today... dats a total of 3.... to make it even more ironic... all of them are first time fathers and mothers...

a last minute plan for today's wee hours of morning... AS USUAL... was supposed to go Johor instead to have my petrol filled up... but was too lazy to travel and go thru the traffic jam... and jamming my lungs with the harmful carbon monoxide... ptui!

this time something new... to just sit.. order a drink.. and some finger food while we enjoy our mixed fruit flavoured sheesha at Arab St... decided to go to Al Majlis...

ambience?? neh.. not really.. we were seated along the five foot way which was laid with carpets... but dats just good enough for us to lay back and talk our time away...

but i think the peeps are all not in gd shape.. me: tired out after yesterday's IPPT... bien and bai: tired out from work... shah: sick!... and epul:sleepy...

we didnt really stayed long... so dat explains why im home...
